- Remote User Support & Troubleshooting
- Remote System and Server Maintenance
- Cloud Environment Administration
- Networking Basics
- Scripting & Automation (Preferred)
- Hardware Management
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Technology
- 1-3 year experience in IT Support
- Cloud & SaaS Knowledge
- Server Management
- Bilingual
Nice to have
- Knowledge of basic scripting
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft Certified
- A portfolio or a list of personal projects
