Join our team as a Referral Management Specialist! 

Play a vital role in connecting patients with the specialt​y care they need — accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments and referrals for patients​
  • Communicate with patients about schedules, test prep, and transportation
  • Follow up on pending records and surgical documentation
  • Provide top-tier customer service and support
  • Coordinate Referral authorization with Insurance providers

Must Have

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Experience on systems such as Athena, Genesis and/or ECW

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare coordination
  • Strong digital/organizational skills
  • Customer service background
