This position is specifically designed for semi-bilingual candidates. If you can communicate clearly, understand instructions in English, and provide great customer service, we want to meet you! You don't need to be a native speaker; we value your organization and your willingness to help our patients.
Responsibilities
- You will handle many calls in Spanish and provide basic assistance/information in English
- Use our medical software to book, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
- Send follow-up messages and appointment reminders using pre-written English templates.
- Register new patients and update basic contact and insurance information in the system
- Support the medical team by relaying messages from patients accurately.
Must Have
- English Level: Basic (A2-B1)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace (Docs/Gmail), and learning new software quickly.
- A friendly, empathetic attitude and a high level of responsibility
- Home Office Setup: A stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset.
Nice to have
- Experience in Call Center environment
- Healthcare customer services experience
