Responsibilities

- Management handle after-hours appointment confirmations
- Transportation coordination
- Critical communication
- Documentation
Must Have
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare coordination
- Strong digital/organizational skills
- Customer service background
- Experience on systems such as Athena and/or ECW
