AI Marketing & Social Media Manager (VA)

The VA’s mission is to operate, distribute, and manage your AI-powered content and funnels so that: Content goes out daily, engagement is handled professionally, leads are captured, tagged, and routed correctly, you only step in when a lead is qualified and revenue-ready.
Responsibilities
- Generate scripts using your Custom GPT / Manus
- Create short-form videos using: HeyGen (AI avatar videos), InVideo (B-roll, captions, edits)
- Create supporting visuals using: Ideogram, Freepik
- Ensure all content matches your brand tone: Educational, Relatable, High-energy, Clear CTAs
- Schedule content across: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Maintain posting cadence (minimum 3–5 posts/week, scaling up)
Must Have
- Comfortable with AI tools (or fast learner)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written English
- Professional communication style
- Familiar with short-form video content
- Comfortable following SOPs
- Able to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with ManyChat
- Experience in financial services or coaching niches
- Basic understanding of funnels
- Experience repurposing long-form into short-form
