Business Development Representative

Their primary role is to act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying their business challenges and connecting them with the appropriate software, hardware, or technology services. This profile is crucial for B2B (Business-to-Business) growth in SaaS (Software as a Service) and technology companies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to B2B clients, identifying business challenges and matching them with the right technology solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring proper follow-up and forecasting.
  • Perform proactive prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product demos and value-focused presentations aligned with the client’s ROI and business goals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and handle objections related to pricing or technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct solution integration into the client’s existing infrastructure.

Must Have

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within Technology, SaaS, or Telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and SaaS business models.
  • Advanced proficiency using CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling based on client needs analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple contacts simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, ERP integration, or enterprise IT architecture.
  • Experience delivering technical demos and communicating effectively with IT Managers and C-Level executives.
  • Advanced English proficiency for working with global clients or products.
  • Strong curiosity and passion for continuous learning in the tech industry.
